After 15 years of implementing asset management with water utilities in New Mexico and the Environmental Finance Centre network areas, Heather discusses their next steps and future goals.
In this video, she said that they would continue promoting asset management at all utility levels, including water and wastewater, from the smallest to the largest, with the states and the EPA.
