Why base in New Zealand?
Infrastructure Management planning has been mandated by law in New Zealand since the mid 1990’s.
This has lead to several cycles of updating of plans, development of tools, and wide ranging development and testing of infrastructure management techniques.
New Zealand is also in close communication with Australian practice where there have been similar infrastructure management development trends over the past 20 years.
Australia and New Zealand have led jointly the development of the International Infrastructure Management Manual, several other asset management manuals and practice guides.
Ownership and Location
Inframanage.com is owned by Inframanage Trust, a Trading Trust established in New Zealand.
Inframanage Trust is registered in New Zealand, and is subject to New Zealand law.
