Ross mentioned funding shifts from NZTA happening in support of the ‘One Network’ approach, growth factors in upper North Island and Auckland.
He talked about how establishing road hierarchy based on the ‘One Network’ approach will create service levels with matching maintenance funding.
Quite interesting to watch and learn from this video is how a country like New Zealand will be coping with demographic changes in their road design and layout.
